Host a Podcast While at HumanX
We offer a fully equipped audio recording space, perfect for podcasters to record episodes while at the event. The booth includes microphones, a sound mixer, and an onsite engineer. This is free of charge exclusively for our journalists.

Schedule Interviews with Speakers
Seize the opportunity to interview speakers at HumanX - or let them come to you! Our event fosters two-way connections, allowing both media and speakers to request interviews with each other.
Our interview process will open in February.

Networking Opportunities
Media Lounge
The media lounge is THE ideal place to work, relax, and connect with industry professionals.
With spacious desks and dedicated wi-fi, it’s designed to support you throughout the event.
Private interview booths are available for speaker interviews. Our media experience team can help coordinate bookings (closer to the event, we will be in touch).
Plus, enjoy catered breakfast, lunch, and a variety of snacks and beverages to keep you fueled all day long.

Networking? Happy Hour? Now that we have your attention, make sure to clear your schedule on Tuesday from 4.30 to 6pm and Wednesday from 4.30 to 5.30pm.

Camera Guidelines
If you or your team plans to film at the event, they must follow HumanX's specific guidelines designed to ensure security and compliance with GDPR, while keeping filming as discreet as possible.
Please note that anyone accompanying you must be registered for the event. For more information about the guidelines, feel free to contact [email protected].

Recordings & Photography
Real-time transcriptions and AI summaries will be available on our app shortly after each talk. All recordings will be uploaded within 24 hours. They will be available year-round in the event app.
We’ll have photographers at the event, and the photos will be posted online. We’ll share the link with you in advance. While we aim to capture all talks, we can’t guarantee that every session will be photographed.
05 Logistics

We recommend arriving on Monday, April 6 for the opening day. Stay through the after-party on Wednesday evening, and plan to depart on Thursday afternoon, April 9, after the program wraps up.

Our official Media hotel, the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA, is a 4-star luxury stay just a 5-minute walk from the Moscone Center.

Visa Application
If you’re traveling from abroad, please verify if you need a visa. We don’t liaise with embassies, but we’re happy to provide a participation letter. Complete the below form to request it, and we’ll email it to you. More details about visitor visa policies.
Please note: It is your responsibility to manage your visa requirements. It may take some time for your embassy to process your visa application. Processing times for visa applications can vary, so be sure to request your visa well in advance of your planned travel date. Your embassy can provide information on typical processing times.

Your Media Ticket
By now, you should have received an email from [email protected] (Subject line: your HumanX 2026 Registration is Confirmed) with your ticket confirmation, as well as an onboarding email from [email protected] (Subject line: [Onboarding]).
- If you have received both, your registration is complete and you are confirmed as a media attendee.
- If you have not received these emails, please contact us at one of the above email addresses.
Closer to the event, your ticket will be accessible in our mobile app.

About the Moscone Center South
HumanX 2026 will take place at the Moscone Center South, one of San Francisco’s premier convention facilities. Located in SoMa, the South Hall is centrally situated near the Financial District and Yerba Buena Gardens, making it easily accessible and surrounded by many hotels and restaurants.

While all-inclusive breakfasts, lunches, and receptions will be available across the venue, you will also have access to our media lounge.
